Cardio Tennis is an on court, tennis based fitness class. Each session is a combination of coach fed drills, footwork exercises and fun games with some high tempo tunes pumping the whole time, plus its outside in the fresh air! This is by far our most popular session of the week, its really fun, sociable and a great workout, on average players burn at least 600 calories in the hour! The class is suitable for all playing abilities as the emphasis is on exercise as opposed to tennis, so if you are looking to give tennis a try or are a regular team player this class is good for you!
